Looks like that book is from or for a Kindle. Is it an E-ink Kindle and not a Fire? If it is an E-ink Kindle, be sure to enter the Kindle's serial number correctly into DeDRM's customization.

yes, for a paperwhite - sorry for missing that but didn't realise you need to enter the serial number, will try that out
