Turn over Noisebridge account credentials

#299 I'd like to turn over all of my Noisebridge account credentials. Unclear on where to do this. Seems no one is actively using the ansible vault, or perhaps it is dedicated to just those services managed within Ansible.

• Is the Ansible vault in use for anything beyond this ansible configuration?

I'd like to confirm next steps for myself and any other volunteers holding Noisebridge related accounts, password, and keys. Some of it might relate to social media, but some of it does not.
