Japanese Serif Variable Font display issue on Windows

The Japanese Serif Variable Font from daily build (Github repository noto-cjk-varco / Actions / Export and Build / NotoCJKVariableFonts / notoserifcjkjp.ttf) has the following display problems on Windows:

Powerpoint - Shows Regular correctly but Bold doesn't work correctly.
Word/Wordpad - The font exists in the font list, but unable to select.
Excel - It is unable to select Light or Bold or other weights.

We tested another Latin Variable Font and it works correctly in all the softwares above.
