Filters not working within Android app webviews #131

The mobile app team is looking into it here: https://jira.npr.org/jira/browse/DIG-44962

The "Filters" button on Android in WebViews is not displaying the popup for choosing filters. It works as expected in an external browser and on iOS. Investigate and see if this is resolvable.

Noting in our system as well as a reminder to keep an eye on this.
