Show route parts in hightmap

New feature:
If the route has multiple waypoints the hight map should show their location to easily spot the parts.
A vertical line (or tic mark on the horizontal axis) as indicator should be sufficient to show the segments of the planned route.

Addon: show distance / ascent / hight difference of the segment (if sufficient space between markers).
E.g. textbox in the center of the segment on top of the hight map
Could be in tooltip of POI as well.
