Better way for detecting the system architecture #82

The system is currently set via a -X build arg, with the idea being that the NixOS system the binary was built for is the system that the user 'wants'. This breaks running via IDE, etc, as it's only set in the Nix package build.

Review and determine if there's a better approach.
