Allowing multipart ie chunking files for faster uploading.

It is helpful to be able set independent upload and download speed limits to reduce disruption from link congestion of large transfers.

By the way were you able to check if your issue rakyll#29 got resolved?

I have been watching but it was't clear when the required merge actually
occurred so I have been waiting for the current flurry of activity to
settle to something like a stable version. I think #48 might be the same
problem.

Oh I should clarified in asking whether you can check if my current fork solves your problem ;)

I have repeated 2 small tests and both passed correctly, I will try a larger test tomorrow. Is it worth a 'drive version' command or a version number printed in the help command so users can clarify exactly which build is in use.
