I just have to say that one of my bigger frustrations with OGC has been our inability for OWS Context or something like it to gain traction in the geospatial community. I perceive an almost endless need for a way to share aggregations of geospatial resources, regardless of where those resources reside on the physical layer. It is not clear to me why we have failed here, but I am willing to try again.
