break changes caused by migrate from joda-time to java.time:

  • SOAPDate(date: org.joda.time.DateTime, dateFormatter: org.joda.time.format.DateTimeFormatter) => SOAPDate(date: java.time.LocalDateTime, dateFormatter: java.time.format.DateTimeFormatter)
  • SOAPDate("some invalid date") is previously throwA[IllegalArgumentException] => now throwA[DateTimeParseException]
