Lower gas fees for the exchange

Is it possible to lower the gas fees of the exchange? it seems that with 5 GWEI it works perfectly but the minimum in the exchange is 10 GWEI as shown in screenshots below the exchange only allows 10 minimum but in the second screenshot of a transaction from the exchange in BSCScan we can see that it uses only a third of the gas limit.
