Harmonize resource filetypes #415

Right now there are many issues with the filetypes for resources. These should be standardized to main file types like CSV, XML, JSON, HTML, etc...

Examples to be fixed:

xml, csv
xml, odf, csv
xml, rtf, txt
xls, html
