Windows 10 Pro - Upload feature is not centered on the screen

Problem description

While running one of the user testing sessions, the person shared the screen and we noticed that the upload feature is not centered. It appears located at the top of the screen. This is not the first time I saw this. I have already seen this in one of the group sessions but I thought the problem was due to screen settings. Can you please check if everything is ok?

I think this is related to this bug even though we were just using height and not min-height. philipwalton/flexbugs#231
