cache-access-token in okta.yaml causing stale token issue

Adding "cache-access-token: true" in okta.yaml, causing cached token stale error which requires either closing all the browser, clear cache or open the activation code in Incognito windows.

Issue occurs randomly, too difficult to reproduce. However after clear cache in browser/open in incognito fixes the stale error and issues new token.
