Description

IMS Content Packages is a simple, straightforward specification for e-learning content packaging without tracking, persistence or metrics that later evolved into the SCORM 2004 specification. This feature implements support for IMS Content Packages according to the IMS specification.

Implementation Considerations

Launching IMS Content Packages requires the LMS to provide certain navigation features which are also used in SCORM 2004. This feature requires parsing IMS Content Package data which can be reused when implementing SCORM 2004 support at a later date.
