Why does it say "shaking effect working only for the first wrong submission fixed #900" above? Is the the PR that was accepted to fix this problem, and if so, why does am I not seeing any shaking when I type in an answer that is wrong?

Expected Behavior
...The shaking effect should occur after every wrong submission.
Actual Behavior
...But it seems to be working only for the very first time
