Stream Video.js player "Play" not working

I've been working on setting this up in a docker container to have nginx-rtmp and this to monitor all in one go. No matter what I do, I get "No Compatible Source was found for this video" when I try to click "play" on a live stream. I'm wondering if some of that has to do with flash being deprecated in most browsers and the version of video.js being a bit older (5.4.6?).

For reference, the stream is RTMP from OBS and:

Video
H264 High 3.2, 960x600, 60 fps

Audio
AAC LC, 172 kbit/s 44100 stereo
