Fix error for password reset functionality

There is an option to reset your password by clicking on link to 'Forgot password' but I saw a 'runtime exception' message when I tried to do this.

Functionality removed entirely. That probably isn't an ideal option, but it does mean we can defer for now. Overcoming this will require email support and random password generation, for instance. All of this needs to be configurable, too.
