Allow users to reset their passwords

Did we agree that this is part of the user management piece that we are building?

If we agree on building the ability to reset passwords then we need to account for the following scenarios

Scenario 1

• Allowing users to reset their passwords if the credentials assigned during user creation are marked as temporary? This is done by marking the password as temporary on Keycloak.
• Do we want to support the temporary password feature in this implementation? This determines whether we implement the above scenario.

Scenario 2

• Allowing the users to resets their passwords if they forget their logins credentials
• We might not want to allow password reset for all the realms on Keycloak, but we need to account for this in case we need to deploy instances with this feature required.
