Use case/Problem Statement

The name "FHIR Core" is no longer used to refer to the OpenSRP 2 product externally. For consistency with product branding, we would like to replace the FHIR Core logo on OpenSRP web to use the OpenSRP 2 logo. (Thank you @HenryRae for sharing the image file)

Acceptance criteria

New deployments of FHIR Web display the OpenSRP 2 logo. It is not necessary to re-deploy existing instances of FHIR Web to reflect the logo change.
