Describe the bug
The new Compact Mode in the Experimental UI is inverted on the FileTree

The Compact Mode should take less space, not more.

To Reproduce

Open IDEA 2023.1, goto Settings, search for Compact Mode

Expected Behavior
The behavior is inverted

Environment

OS (Windows, Linux, Mac) MacOS
IntelliJ Product + version (IDEA, RubyMine...): IDEA IntelliJ 2023.1
Plugin version 5.7.4
