Faucet for getting USDCFlow on testnet

Issue To Be Solved

We currently need a way to mint or obtain USDCFlow tokens on the testnet for testing purposes. This could be done by either creating a faucet or providing a method to mint the token directly. If such a solution already exists, it should be clearly documented in the README.md for all contributors to easily access.

Suggest A Solution

Faucet Implementation: Implement a faucet that allows developers to request USDCFlow tokens on the testnet at a controlled rate.
Minting Instructions: Provide a clear guide or script to mint USDCFlow tokens on testnet, so contributors can mint them as needed for testing.
If there are any existing methods to obtain USDCFlow, they should be well-documented in the README.md. Any other solutions or alternatives that simplify the process would be appreciated.
