Asking how to make up for budget shortfall

When a person over allocates the funds, ask them how they intend to make up for the difference. Ask which types of taxes or fees they would be OK with or how else they would make up the budget deficit.
Property taxes,
Retail tax
Fees,
Other “Please describe how you would raise money for this budget?”

Also, at the moment, it says Total Funds, and your Budget. I believe it should have Available Funds, Your Budget, Surplus/Shortfall
