Context

If awarded, the anti-displacement project will start in Fall 2022. In the anti-displacement project*, we have to identify areas** at-risk of Project Connect rail displacement.

*Project is in partnership with YWCA
**Area granularity to the “mailing addresses” level

Problem

The city has made a displacement risk map, but it’s difficult for a layman to navigate.

Solution

Create a list of usability issues that would prevent YWCA from being able to self-identify areas at-risk of Project Connect rail displacement.

Acceptance criteria

Same as solution
