Knowing which errors occur most frequently across all publishers will help to inform improvements to schema descriptions, documentation and guidance.

It will also help the helpdesk prioritise preparing boilerplate text to explain how to address failing checks.

In the first instance this doesn't have to be integrated into the Pelican interface, it could just be a report run on demand.
