We have a CLI command to invite a supplier with his contract ID and NIT. It would be good to have this feature in the OCP Admin panel as well so that any OCP admin could send the invitation without having to log into the server and run the CLI command.

Noting that #245 is an alternative approach, but I think this request comes up very infrequently.
