Hello, apologies for the late reply.

The team should first needs to have their ArgoCD project onboarded if they'd like to follow a gitops + CD workflow via our ArgoCD instance. They can make an issue here for this. See here for docs on how to do this (If you make an issue, we can do this for you). Once the team has an ArgoCD project, they can follow the docs here to add an ArgoCD application declaratively.
