MMCV版本问题

能不能解决一下这个问题啊，我自己电脑的cuda不支持我安装1.8.0以及之下的版本。

I was able to solve this error by building and installing this tag of mmcv to bring me back to 1.7.1 and that seems to be working.

This is the output of (mmcv) PS C:\Users\xxx\mmcv> python .dev_scripts/check_installation.py
