I'm sure you want Erlang contributions for this, but is there any way I can contribute an Elixir module?

Eh, yea, features like these need to be usable from any beam language (without having to pull in another language). It still might be helpful as contribution as a reference though. Like if you already have it or need it and are writing it anyway you could throw up a link here to your code so someone can use it as a reference to write a version in Erlang.

I’ve set up a resource detector for aws in #426 starting with just ECS.
