Add Labels to errors

Hi,

I've been able to add labels on Traces, with
OpenTelemetry.Tracer.set_attribute("my_id", "123")
But when an exception occurs, the SpanEvent doesn't seem to reuse/integrate the given context attribute.
Is there a way to propagate the context attribute of the Trace/Span to the SpanEvent containing the code error?
