How to record Elixir throws?

Hi, thanks for all your work on this project!

How would one go about recording an uncaught throw in Elixir?

    try do
      throw "something"
    catch
      :throw, value ->
        # OpenTelemetry.Span.record_exception/4 only supports exception structs
    end

Erlang's otel_span:record_exception does support throws, but not on the elixir side.
