Additional DB systems

I want to be able to attach metadata to my health checks which are logged as OTEL events and use the semantic conventions to dictate the keys of this meta data

Describe the solution you'd like

add the following as DB systems:

• arango
• documentdb
• influxdb
• npgsql
• ravendb
• Surreldb

hi @thompson-tomo! I think we'd accept a PR adding new DB systems. Please provide links to each of the database's documentation so we can validate since we may not have heard of some of them.
