Entities in the dump not found in the triplestore

While analyzing the data in the OpenCitations Meta dump, I noticed that some entities present in the dump no longer exist in the triplestore. This inconsistency requires further investigation to identify the cause and resolve the issue.

One such entity is: https://w3id.org/oc/meta/id/061906029322. This entity is included in the dump but cannot be found in the triplestore.
