range of esproc:realizacion

I am not sure whether esproc:realizacion should be a subproperty of proporcionadoPor or cpsv:physicallyAvailableAt, depending on how we set the range of this property (dct:Location or dct:Agent)

The range of cpsv:physicallyAvailableAt is dct:Location
The range of proporcionadoPor is dct:Agent

e.g.: Procedimiento 16901: Padrón Municipal de Habitantes: Modificación de Datos
realizacion: Oficina de Relaciones con los Ciudadanos (ORC, Plaza del Pilar)
realizacion: Unidad de Estadística y Gestión Padronal
realizacion: Oficina de Relaciones con los Ciudadanos (ORC, Edificio Seminario)

Not sure either about how to treat this. It would be good to get a complete overview of the values that realización is taking in the whole dataset, and check whether they are all organisations registered in the API.
