Editing Proposed Values while Selecting Brand or Packaging Question Type Adds to the Browser History on Every Keystroke

What

Editing "Proposed Values" puts a new entry to the browser history on every keystroke if the "brand" or the "packaging" question type is selected in Questions.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Questions.
2. Select "brand" question type.
3. Type "Fanta".

Expected behavior

Only one entry for "Fanta" is added to the browser history on clicking "apply".

Actual behavior

An entry is added for "F", "Fa", "Fan", "Fant", "Fanta".

This also happens with the "packaging" type. I am editing the issue as such.
