• There's a good chance it's both an impactful question, and that it's easy to answer

I do not think the API is ready for such a proposal

At least I do not see the field to do that kind of search

Indeed it's not available in the API.
As sorting by popularity is already available, I'm not sure this new mode is really needed (and we should try to keep the number of filters/configurations in Hunger Games as low as possible to keep the interface simple).
