Who for

  • Users

What

  • Add knowledge panels on food processing methods when it's detected in an ingredient
    • Rely on the food processing taxonomy when we detect processing on ingredients like "Hydrogenated palm oil"
      • Add descriptions and Wikidata links in that taxonomy
    • Those might be subpanels for the Food processing panel or subpanels for individual ingredients panels

Why

  • It makes NOVA understandable, even if we don't detect additives.
