Offer a suggestion for the kJ value. It's usually "D…DD kJ"

We receive from several apps either the value in kJ or kcal, but not both. Unlike other nutrients, it's easy to extract.
To avoid any issue, it would only by generated on products where we already have a kcal value filled (and we could do a consistency check)
