I have a question about the issue, do you wan't only not to show "unplayable" and "semi-playable" with "playable"?

I think the better solution would be to start the search from the first character then the problem would not occur again with similiar tags

example:
input -> gpl,
output -> gpl gpl2 gpl3

input -> c,
output -> c c# c ++ css commercial cc-by-nc [...]

I can help with this issue waiting for feedback,

I would still prefer the other tags to be searchable in the same way. So the search-from-first-character should only apply to the playable set of tags.

I was also considering renaming the tags, but I couldn't come up with a good alternative.
