Reduce the number of logos on the homepage

The logic to displaying binding logos on the homepage seems to be that they have an image. There is a growing number of logos bloating the homepage and increasing the page load time.

Instead, the page should display up to 12 (on mobile) and 18 (on desktop).
If the most prominent logos are not statically displayed, bindings could be selected randomically.
