Scatterplot module

As an analyst
In order to perform two dimensional analysis
I want to have a dedicated scatterplot module

Implementation guide:

• Create a module (both server and ui part) - modify shiny/m_graphs_scatterplot.R script.
• Use sidebarLayout as in home module.
• In the encodings panel please enable dataset and variables selection.
• Create a simple scatterplot on selected variables.

BONUS:

• Think on possible plot extensions and put it into the encodings panel.
