Unified plan upgrade for opentok Plugin library

Upgrade the native SDK to 2.18 or 2.19 to support unified plan upgrade

Hello Team ,

Last release of cordova opentok plugin does have the support of native SDK 2.15.3. But we would be required to upgrade the unified-plan and that supports from native sdk of 2.18 , 2.19.

Is there any chance to upgrade the cordova plugin to the latest version. Please advise.
