Error while testing the reporter python http service with a trace.

Hey,
I have successfully setup the reprter module. But when i try to test the reporter python service i get the following error:

{"error":"match_options must include report_levels array"}

PS: Using the following URL : "uuid":"uuid_abc","trace":[{"latitude":28.4042,"longitude":76.8383,"timestamp":1495037969},{"latitude":28.4043,"longitude":76.8382,"timestamp":1008}]}
I have set the env variables for REPORT_LEVELS and TRANSITION_LEVELS.
If needed would share all the logs.
