DIDComm over Bluetooth LE

Description of feature / user story

We would like to be able to receive and respond to DIDComm presentation requests over Bluetooth LE. There is an existing extension library for credo which adds support for BLE as a DIDComm transport. Portage and Credil are currently working on integrating this library.

Acceptance Criteria

• The test verifier should advertise on BLE using a 'Central' controller.
• A deep link (via QR code or potentially NFC) should start the 'Peripheral' controller and attempt to connect to the verifier. Ideally, the QR code should work whether scanned using the phone's native support or within the wallet application.
