大部分人其实下载只需要下载某一科，下载全部仓库意义不大
最理想的情况是搭建个国内服务器的下载站

github加速访问软件：https://github.com/dotnetcore/fastgithub/releases
在github的项目：https://github.com/dotnetcore/FastGithub
配合IDM或NDM使用更佳
当然通用的方法还是找个梯子
