The application catalog requires an entry for the vSphere Cluster API provider.
Requirements

It must be possible to install the vSphere Cluster API provider from the application catalog
It is not a requirement that the installation succeed without its dependencies installed

Notes

As with other Cluster API providers, the vSphere provider is not installed via a Helm chart. One must be created. The way this has been done for other controllers is to use clusterctl to create the manifests and then massage them into a Helm chart.
