Update SQLcl Examples Folder with README description

• File name
• Description

I keep meaning to getting around to it. Hopefully this week. Most of it is on my blog pointing to the example here.

Hmmm perhaps we should flip that around. What do you think of this:

ex.js	some description (note filename would have a link to anchor below)
