It would be great to have the EDL support the CFDP (CCSDS File Delivery Protocol).

The spacepacket-py library supports this, just need to integrate it into the EDL on another virtual channel.

Upload files should be add to the Fwrite cache.
Downloadable files should be pulled from the Fread cache.

Have a basic file upload working.

It can only upload a file (no file directives) and the NAK do not follow the spec. Since it was implemented so fast, I cut corners. NAKs should be fix to follow the standard.

Going to close this issue and make smaller CFDP issues.
