Unable to claim Certificate

Hello there,
I received an email regarding claiming my certificate, but when i tried to claim and filled the for for it, it shows that verification failed due to wrong email or incorrect selection in drop-drown.
I have tried multiple times now and filled whole form correctly.
Can you help me resolve this ?

@sujalwarke28 You need a minimum of 60 points on the GSSoC leaderboard to receive the participation certificate. Unfortunately, you do not meet the eligibility criteria for certification this time so you are facing issues in verification of certificate.

As per the certification criteria, a contributor must have at least 60 points on the leaderboard to qualify for certification.
