@Priii-13 No please dont do this , Start only working when u get assigned . also read contribuiting guidelines present in the repo before start contribuiting , You should contact to PA or mentors to get assigned at the earliest .

If there is an existing issue on which you want to work, just write a comment on issue by mentioning the PA or owner of the repository, wait for the response and start conversation that you are able to solve the issue and you want to work on it.

If no existing issue matches your desired changes to the project, you can create a new issue and do above mentioned steps.

But please don't start working without assignment and making sure with the PA.

@Priii-13 No, we cannot start working on an issue till the time it isn't assigned to us by the Project Admin (PA).

Moreover, if you really feel that there's a genuine issue in a project and it doesn't exist/neither has been created by someone else before , you yourself can create a new issue, wait for the PA to assign it to you.
Also make sure that all the appropriate labels are assigned to you.
