Suggestions on how we can proceed with the School notifier project (Courtesy of our to be AI overlords :)

Frontend Development: Your current HTML file s.htm already has a basic interface for sending announcements. You can enhance this by adding more input fields for different types of messages, and perhaps a dropdown to select the recipient (e.g., a specific class, all students, etc.). You can use Bootstrap or Material-UI for easy and quick styling.
Backend Development: Your Python server seems to be using Flask, which is a great choice for a simple web application. You can create different endpoints for different types of notifications. For example, an endpoint for sending announcements, another for sending class updates, etc. Each endpoint would receive the data from the frontend, process it if necessary, and then forward it to the appropriate recipients.
Real-time Updates: For the messages to be received in real-time on the class smartboard, you can use WebSockets. Flask-SocketIO is a good library for this. When a message is received on the server, it can emit a WebSocket event to the smartboard, which would be listening for these events and update the display in real-time.
Smartboard Interface: The smartboard would also need a web interface to display these messages. This could be a simple webpage that connects to the server via WebSocket and listens for new messages. When a new message event is received, it updates the display.
